How we work
- The kit for each jobGlass, gutters, roof tiles and paving each need something different. We use commercial-grade equipment and match it to the surface.
- Towers and ladders includedWe bring our own mobile scaffold towers and ladders, and they're part of your price. There's no separate access charge.
- Careful with roof tilesWe don't jet wash roof tiles at high pressure. We take the moss off by hand instead.
What we clean, and how
Windows and conservatories
We clean windows with a water-fed pole system and traditional methods.
Gutters
We clear gutters with a gutter vac system.
Fascias and soffits
We clean fascias and soffits from a mobile scaffold tower or ladder.
Roofs
Working from a mobile scaffold tower or ladders, we remove moss from the roof by hand. Then we apply a biocide treatment that kills remaining algae and lichen and helps slow regrowth.
Driveways
We clean driveways with a pressure washer and a rotary surface cleaner, and can re-sand the joints afterwards.
Patios
Patios are cleaned with the same pressure washer and rotary surface cleaner. Chemical treatment is available as an extra.
