What to send us
Put these four things in your first message and there's far less back and forth.
- Your house sizeHow many bedrooms. Windows and gutters are set prices for 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, so that's often all we need. Something else? Tell us what it is.
- Your postcodeSo we know whether we can get to you.
- The jobs you'd like doneWindows, conservatory, gutters, fascias and soffits, roof, solar panels, conservatory roof, driveway, patio: list them all. Want re-sanding or a chemical treatment after a jet wash? Say so.
- A photo or twoPlease send one for a conservatory, roof, solar panels, conservatory roof, driveway or patio, as these are priced 'from'. A quick phone photo is fine.
A quick phone photo is plenty
You don't need a good camera or a perfect angle. A photo like this one shows us roughly how big the patio is, what it's laid with and how much green has built up on the slabs.
For a roof, stand back in the garden or out on the street so the whole slope is in the picture. For a driveway, take it from the pavement so we can see all of it. For a patio, one or two photos from the house are usually enough.
The photo at the top of this page is the same patio after we cleaned it.
Quotes for windows, gutters, roofs, driveways and patios
Each page explains how we do the work. Here's what to mention when you get in touch.
Windows and conservatories
Your number of bedrooms, and whether you'd like the conservatory glass done too, as that's priced on top.
Gutters, fascias and soffits
Your number of bedrooms is usually all we need. Say if you'd like the fascias and soffits cleaned as well.
Roofs, solar panels and conservatory roofs
A photo of each part you'd like cleaned.
Driveways and paths
A photo from the pavement or the end of the path, and a rough size if you know it.
Patios
One or two photos of the whole patio. Say if you'd like a chemical treatment added.
How booking works
You send the details
By WhatsApp, a call or email: your house size, postcode, the jobs you'd like done and photos of anything priced 'from'.
We price the job
Windows and gutters: a set price by bedrooms. Anything priced 'from': a price based on your photos.
We agree a date
Happy with it? We'll offer you a date and book you in.
Access equipment included
We own and bring all our own access equipment, including mobile scaffold towers and ladders, and it's included in your price.
Rather fill in a form?

Questions about getting a quote
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Welwyn (AL6) and work across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Send your postcode and we'll tell you whether we can get to you.
My house isn't 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Can I still get a price?
Yes. Tell us what it is, for example a flat, a bungalow or a bigger house, and we'll come back to you with a price.
Do I need to send photos?
Not usually for window cleaning or gutter clearing, as they're set prices by bedrooms. For a conservatory, roof, solar panels, conservatory roof, driveway or patio, yes please: these are priced 'from', and a photo shows us the size and condition.
Do I have to use WhatsApp?
No. Call 07429 744826, or email [email protected] with your photos attached. The quote form on this page also sends through WhatsApp, so if you don't use WhatsApp, please call or email instead.
Can you price more than one job at once?
Yes. Put every job in one message and you'll get a price for each.
